UC Now is a new product offered by the reputable IT solution company in Hong Kong. Adding on their B2B model, UC Now helps small and medium enterprises in providing seamless communication with their customers anytime anywhere. Riding on the trend of using illustration for brand presentation in tech sector, I lead design team to create a refreshing user interface and match with the brand image that differentiate them from competitors.

Design Process
UC Now is the first SaaS product by WiseSpot, the board of directors are group of traditional IT professional who believe "cartoon" is not serious and professional. I worked with the marketing team on a presentation to proof the success in usage of illustration by international tech leaders. After getting everyone on board, we collaborated with the product to understand the features and created information architecture for the website. I lead my team to created the illustrations and Web UI design while I communicated with the programming team to ensure the final deliverable is beyond clients expectation.
Result
The friendly brand image of UC Now brand was well received by the industry. It stands out from other traditional technology solution providers and prepared for the blooming business opportunity during COVID.
