Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s leading provider of dialysis products and services, providing access to quality dialysis care to millions of patients for over 50 years. High Volume Hemodialysis Filter (HVHDF) is a new technology that provide a better quality dialysis for patients in need. It has been widely used in Western countries but rather new in Asia, we need to target two segments with this campaign, both health service providers and patients.  "Just push the button" is to illustrate the ease of use and the happy face of patients is to show the life changing experience they had with HVHDF.

Design Process

This project started with an extensive primary research by interviewing the stakeholders. My role included the concept development and direct the overall campaign visual presentation.
I worked with the product team to understand the features/benefits on drafting the story of the promotional video, sales team to get direct user's insights and the marketing team on crafting the messages and campaign visual. 

We aimed to build an emotional connection between patients and medical professional. The project included multichannel deliverables from digital sales took kits to physical booth design. We provided a comprehensive guidelines to keep consistency for global launch.

Result
 

It is the first campaign that involved real patients story, we received lots of positive feedback from both patients and health care provider sides. That strengthen the brand image of Fresenius and its mission in putting patients first. As a token of appreciation, after the launch of our campaign, we created a thank you card with the studio taken photos and video in USB for the participants.
