Buzzer is a startup in Hong Kong offering on-demand personal IT concierge service for consumer market. We create the brand and visual system design based on consumer research insights. We collaborated with client's development team from India in the UX flow and UI design for both website and APP.

Design Process
The brand development process started with a user research to learn the consumers pattern in IT product maintenance of different demographics. Insights show that women at age 25-40 would be Buzzer’s ideal customers hence the brand is crafted for this targeted audiences at the launch period. I worked closely with the brand design team, my role is to translate the brand visions into all deliverable items.
Result
IT repair services is not new, but we created a buzz by establishing a effective brand strategy and refreshing design. Buzzer won an “Enterprising HK Brand Awards” in 2017 and was nominated for
the “Best website HK Award” in service categories.

We created a series of striking icons for Buzzer using signature bold lines and the hexagon shape present in the logo to strengthen the brand image and consistency.
